He earned degrees in economics from St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida, as well as an HVAC license from Marchman Technical College.
At 21, he acquired a Westshore Pizza franchise, turning it into a top performer before selling it at 25 to focus on real estate. Over 17 years, he and his wife flipped 545 houses. He later founded Airheads HVAC, capitalizing on his real estate experience, and expanded into property leasing and finance.
Christopher is also a philanthropist, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity and local educational initiatives. Known for his work ethic and strategic vision, he remains a leader in the HVAC and real estate industries.
